Grooving for pavement traction

Disk Grinding takes the top grout layer off and shaves the top
aggregate to a relatively smooth surface.

Spur Grinding uses a bank of carbide tipped spurs to chip the top
surface evenly, leaving a rough surface.

The EZ Drill rock drill utilizes a carbide bit to drill into the
side of a slab for dowels to be inserted.

The large rock drill is mounted to a track hoe or a Brokk in order
to drill deep holes vertically or horizontally.

A small rock drill mounted to a mini-track hoe to drill thousands of
holes in the Mississippi River Bridge Foundations

A Crack Chaser to route out the top of a random crack to make it
possible to be sealed.

Before there were wire saws, we had shears. We still use them today.
Saws and drills are used to relieve the reinforcing and creating a
weakened plane for the shearing force to be directed as needed. The
above is a 35 ton piece of concrete.

Williams R1J Anchor utilizes a mechanically expanded shell and cone
to exert a calculated force against the hole's concrete walls.
Williams S-9 anchor utilizes an under cut or bell-bottomed hole for
the shell and cone of the anchor to expand into.
